Dr. Nurettin Noyan was born in 1977, Manisa,Turkey. He completed his primary and secondary education in Manisa. After finishing Maltepe Military High School he pursued his passion for medical service. However, his decision to become a plastic surgeon, without knowing what it really indicated, dates back to his childhood when his big sister has undergone a nose surgery and him observing the self-confidence in her own body that has come with the operation.
He completed his residency in 2009 with his thesis on “Comparison of early tangential excision and grafting to conventional burn dressing with apoptotic genes and some systemic mediators in rat burn mode.” During his field duty and early period of his specialty he treated burn and severe injuries for this reason he has been attaching utmost importance to protection of healthy tissues in the human body and the psychological needs of his patients. With over 20 years of medical experience he has performed over 2230 breast augmentation, breast lifting and breast reduction surgeries, over 1150 genital aesthetic surgeries, over 1080 blepharoplasty operations (surgery for droopy eyelids), over 725 tummy tuck and ear pinning operations and many more.
Following his practice in public hospitals he established Noyan Clinic in Bağdat Street which is one of the most eminent and elite neighborhoods in İstanbul.
